Flanged wheels, grooved wheels and narrow gauge wheels

A grooved wheel - also known as a track wheel, flange wheel or railway ring wheel - is for intensive use under heavy to very heavy loads. Solid iron grooved wheels have a V-groove suitable for a narrow track. The track wheels have an increased hardness due to the CNC finish and are mainly used in industry under heavy doors or rail transport. The flange wheels are available with round or square groove. The railway ring wheels consist of a strong groove with ball bearing.
